Wham bam thank you mam: Simple, Nutrient-packed Salad

My morning meal! This salad is packed with everything my body needs! It doesn’t take a lot of time in the kitchen to prepare a simple, super nutrient packed meal. I’m about eating to live having quality of life; and not living to eat just being alive, breathing.

On the bottom, the bowl is loaded with salad sprouts (broccoli, alfalfa, red clover, radishes, and more!). I topped with avocado, orange bell peppers, tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, dehydrated olives. All around the sides I packed with snap peas (so sweet!). I poured a dressing all over it that I made with garlic cloves, water, 1/4 cup cashews, sweet basil, celtic salt, lemon juice.
