Wham bam thank mam: Quinoa Bowl

Sprouted Quinoa Bowl, topped with red bell peppers, broccoli sprouts, red onion, avocado, red lentil-tofu (homemade), cucumber ginger dressing (one cucumber, 2 black mission figs, 4 dates, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 cup of pumpkin seeds, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, lemon juice to taste, Celtic salt to taste, just a little honey 🤭, and ginger to taste, blend (if needed, add water) until smooth, not too thin consistency. Wham Bam thank you mam! Oh and I sprinkled some dehydrated, ground papaya seeds on it too 🤭. Delicious! A mostly live meal all in one bowl! Simple!
