Wham bam thank you mam: Fruit Bowl, and Apple Crisp-N-Dip

My Fruit in a bowl with sprouted Buckwheat and my “Apple Crisp-N-Dip”

Fruit bowl: Blueberries (I will put on top some cardamom, hemp seed); Papaya (I will eat with grounded flaxseeds, chia seeds); Mango, and my Sprouted buckwheat is topped with my almond dip and pomegranate.

Ignore that one slice of kiwi! 😂 I meant to eat it with the others that didn’t make it into the bowl! 😂

The “Apple Crisp-N-Dip”: Gala apples, almond butter (soaked and sprouted almonds, dehydrated; blend almonds in little water, honey or dates, Celtic salt to taste. Bam! You got Almond dip.

To God be all the glory, great things He has done.
