Freedom of choice in experiencing whole optimum health from a Biblical perspective:
Faith/Trust in God: It is wise to believe His Word that He is Who He says He is; and that He will do what He says He will do; that all He has spoken will come to pass. By Faith, choose to apply His Word daily to one’s everyday life circumstances and situations. By Faith, choose to surrender self to God: Die to self daily giving up one’s self to God, giving Him full reign, full control. By Faith, choose daily to obey God’s Word. By Faith, choose to do self-examination by God’s Word. By faith, choose to study His Word daily—Have morning and evening devotions: meditating upon God’s Word. Every day for at least one hour, reflect upon the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, especially the closing scenes of His life.
The most important thing we must remember is that God is the One Who heals. We are to by faith obey Him living by His every word; pray His Word believing Him having the faith of Jesus—By Him, healing comes, and we can move mountains.
DAILY WALK by God’s Health Laws and God’s Moral Law (Ten Commandments).
God’s Moral Law summed up is this:
“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
Matthew 22:37-40 KJV
God’s Health Laws:
Faith/Trust in God: It is wise to believe His Word that He is Who He says He is and that He will do what He says He will do. Have confidence that All He has spoken will come to pass. Apply His Word daily to one’s everyday life circumstances and situations. Surrender self to God: Die to self daily (giving up one’s self to God) giving Him full reign, full control. By faith, choose daily to obey God’s Word. Examine one’s self by God’s Word. Study His Word daily. Have morning and evening devotions in which we meditate upon God’s Word at least an hour, and reflecting upon the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, especially the closing scenes of His life.
Fresh Air: It is wise to get fresh air daily! Get outside and make sure to deep breathe as much as possible throughout the day.
Sunlight: It is wise to get plenty of sunlight exposing the face, the forearm, hands, and if warm enough outside, also the feet—if we have a private secured place like a backyard, we can sunbathe. It is wise to get sunlight daily anywhere from an half hour to an hour is great (depending upon fair, light or dark skinned).
Drink room-temperature pure water: It is wise to drink room-temperature pure clean water throughout the day. It is wise to drink half the body weight in ounces of water. (Ex: If I weigh 140 pounds, I would drink my water systematically throughout the day equaling a total of 70 ounces of pure water every—drinking 4 ounces every 30 minutes). What kind of water you ask? According to my research, distilled. Do your own research and choose what’s best for you and the best you can get.
Nutrition: It is wise to live a whole food plant based lifestyle—assimilating a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, legumes. It is wise and best for us to assimilate organic non-gmo food, especially: leafy greens, vegetables, tomatoes, (sparingly: garlic, onions, leeks, radishes, scallions, shallots; cooked beans, grains, and grain products) all squashes, all potatoes, all citrus fruit, and all berries. But, know your body and its systems and eat a variety—assimilate the many colors of the rainbow of foods. We are mindful to put our food in our mouth a little at a time that we chew it thoroughly, when it is somewhat liquified, we swallow it—digestion begins in the mouth. We are also mindful to learn proper food combining which is crucial for absorption of nutrients from our food, and crucial for proper digestion.
Exercise: It is wise to Walk outdoors daily moving our arms back and forth with resistance. Jogging and running especially is hard on the body. Do your own research. If you can’t get outside for whatever reason, it is wise to have a personal mini sized rebounder or trampoline. I have found one with bungees to be best. And just bounce on it—not flat on the soles of the feet but the toes.
Rest and Sleep: It is wise to be early to bed, early to rise, sleeping a minimum of 8 hours each night in a dark room. We would choose to avoid stimulating the mind/brain before bed (the cell phone, television or computer or any technology, LED lights, bright lights). Do your own research.
Temperance: it is wise to live by God’s principles in His Word, purpose to live temperance in ALL THINGS, IN ALL WAYS in all daily living. Moderate in that which is good for our minds and bodies; And abstain, avoid like the plague that which is harmful in any way, shape or form.
God’s health laws are based upon His principles in maintaining and healing the human body that is to be His temple to dwell in—He created it to heal itself.
God is the Healer, period. God puts the healing in what He has created in nature best for our consumption. And by faith, we put our feet and hands to do; and God imparts His Power (Spirit) and blesses us with healing. But first, God requires us to exercise the faith He has given. Faith produces the fruit of obedience. Period. The heart (mind) needs to be surrendered to God. Stand still and see the salvation of the LORD.
Please do your own research and read our disclaimer before you choose to do that which we apply in our daily lives. This is an educational, informative website. We do not diagnose, prescribe drug medications, nor are we practicing allopathic medicine in any way shape or form. We operate under the authority of our Lord Jesus Christ through His Holy Spirit.
Repetition deepens the impression: God is the Physician. Jesus is The Healer. God created the body to heal itself—we who abide in Him and He in us give our body the right ingredients and conditions, environment.
