Faith/Trust in God: Believe His Word that He is Who He says He is; and that He will do what He says He will do; that All He has spoken will come to pass. Apply His Word daily to one’s everyday life circumstances and situations. Surrender self to God: Die to self daily (giving up one’s self) to God, giving Him full reign, full control. Choose daily to obey God’s Word. Do self-examination by God’s Word. Study His Word daily. Have morning and evening devotions: meditating upon God’s Word. Every day for at least one hour, reflect upon the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, especially the closing scenes of His life.
Detox and cleanse 10 days. This includes fasting, feasting on vegetable juice (primarily on green leafy vegetables). An enema may be needed. Drink lemon water mornings. At other times, drink vegetable broth. If you cannot juice or blend and drink, you may consume raw vegetables and fruit after a 1-3 day water fast (depended upon each individual). Drink vegetable broth, lemon water, and plain water. At the end of the detox and cleanse, if juiced, you will begin to eat grapefruit, other fruits, then vegetables. Then graduate to steamed food and cooked grains. Depending upon your condition, in addition to fasting, juicing, etc., you may also need to consume activated charcoal and herbal teas, apply poultices, and incorporate hydrotherapy.
Remember that no two persons are exactly the same; each may respond differently. What works quickly for one, may take more time in another person; or a different remedy may be required. The most important thing to remember is that God is the One who puts healing in all that is used in a remedy. Prayer and faith are first and foremost.

Fresh Air: Get fresh air daily! Go outside. If at all possible, get your exercise walking OUTDOORS! You can get your exercise, fresh air, and sunshine all at once 🤗. Deep breathe outdoors at least ten minutes each day.
Temperance: Practice temperance in ALL THINGS, IN ALL WAYS in all your daily living. Eat and drink and do in moderation that which is of benefit and healing spiritually and physically. Do not consume (totally abstain from) that which is harmful in any way, shape or form spiritually and physically. Dress modestly: Cover the arms and legs from shoulders down with breathable fabric (cotton, linen). Most plant-based fabrics are breathable, if not combined with polyester or nylon or other synthetics, plastics. Avoid exposing the limbs to cool or chilling temperatures. The forearm may be exposed. Lower extremities below the calve may be exposed if exposure will not cause chilliness. Avoid wearing belts and skirts around the waist too tightly; suspenders are best. Do not restrict your breathing in any way. Do not breathe in your own toxins (ex: wearing a mask for more than five minutes).
Drink room-temperature pure soft water: Daily drink room-temperature water throughout the day. By late afternoon, your MINIMUM total ounces should equal half your body weight in ounces of water. Begin to drink your water as soon as you awake after thanking God for breathing His life into you yet another day. Drink your water an hour before and an hour after each meal (2 hours before, 2 hours after your meal is ideal). Do not drink water, nor any liquids with your meals. Drinking liquids with meals or too soon before or after causes the digestion process to stop. Undigested food left on the stomach will putrefy and become toxic.
Exercise: Walking is the best exercise. Move your arms back and forth as you walk with resistance. Try to get to where you are walking two hours per day. You may split it up throughout the day. Make sure (if possible) to walk before and after your meal at least 20-30 minutes to aid in the digestion of your food. Walk after eating your meal: holding your head up, shoulders back. You do not want to overexert yourself. You do not want to do a workout or a fast/brisk walk. Do a casual light walk before and after your meal to aid the digestion of your food.
Please note: Always wait to do regular exercise routines at least an hour after (two hours is ideal) your meal.
Nutrition: Eat daily a variety of fruit and vegetables, nuts, grains, legumes. Be wise! Eat organic non-GMO food, especially leafy greens, vegetables, tomatoes, garlic, onions, squashes, all potatoes, citrus fruit, and all your berries. Your fruit should not be seedless. Allow 5-6 hours to digest and rest after a vegetable and grain meal. Allow 4-5 hours to digest and rest after a fruit and nut, and or grain meal. You will find only enough time to eat twice per day. This is best. But if you choose to eat a third meal, make sure there is allotted time for the food to be digested before you go to bed or lay down to rest. Please note: the digestion should be complete and arrested before laying down to sleep. If you need a little something after having two meals, the system is digested and rested, eat food as you would call a snack: a few crackers or a slice or two of toast with avocado on it or fruit spread on it, or a cup of tomato soup, or a cup of fruit or vegetable juice. Please note: most times when we feel hungry, but we have had sufficient food for the day, it is truly then that the body is crying for more water.
Please note: Never eat fruits and vegetables in the same meal setting. It is like war in the digestive system.
Sunshine: Get plenty of sunshine exposing the forearm, hands and face, and if warm enough outside, also the lower legs and feet. Fair complexion: 30 minutes exposure to the sun each day. All others, allow an hour of exposure to the sun each day. Please note: The darker your complexion, you will need to expose your skin to the sun an hour to two or more each day. The darker your complexion, the longer you need to expose your skin to sunlight that your body may produce an adequate and sufficient amount of vitamin D each night. Please note: the sun is healing and of great value in the health and maintenance of your body overall. The sun can be harmful, if you overexpose yourself and if your diet and lifestyle consist of fatty/high cholesterol/flesh and dairy/fried foods, junk foods, fast foods, processed foods/alcohol/soda/pop/ refined sugar/white floor and white rice/refined foods, and making it a lifestyle of not getting adequate rest and sleep.
Please note regarding sunlight: UVA and UVB from the sun is from around 11:00 am to around 2:00 pm. UVB is where we get vitamin D from the sun. Remember, temperance. The near infrared radiation from the sun is healing, and we may receive it from the sun from around noon to just before sunset.
Rest and Sleep: Early to bed, early to rise, sleeping at minimum 8 hours each night in a dark peaceful, quiet room. Avoid stimulating the mind/brain before bed on the television or computer or any technology period. Do your reading or studying at least two to four hours prior. Have all your water consumed at least two to three hours before bed. You may, however, sip some water before bed or if you awake in the night and need water. You just do not want to be up through the night, having to go to the bathroom. It is disrupting/disturbing your rest and sleep.
God is the Healer period. God puts the healing in what He has created in nature. It is best for our consumption. And that which by our faith, we put our feet and hands to do, God imparts His Power (Spirit) and blesses us with healing. But first, God requires obedience. Period. The heart (mind) needs to be surrendered to God. Stand still and see the salvation of the LORD.
