Freedom of choice in experiencing whole optimum health from a Biblical perspective:
Faith, the faith of Jesus, and Trust in God: It is wise to believe His Word that He is Who He says He is; and that He will do what He says He will do; that all He has spoken will come to pass. By Faith, choose to apply His Word daily to one’s everyday life circumstances and situations. By Faith, choose to surrender one’s all to God—we shall die to self daily giving up one’s will to God’s will overcoming sin, giving Him full reign, full control. By Faith, choose daily to obey God’s Word. By Faith, choose to do self-examination by God’s Word. By faith, choose to study His Word daily—Have morning and evening devotions: meditating upon God’s Word. Every day for at least one hour, reflect upon the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, especially the closing scenes of His life. Get to know God, know the relationship He requires is based upon complete, strict obedience: Love. This optimum health God has for us involves the whole person and all aspects of one’s lifestyle of living—whose voice, whose will are we yielding ourselves to obey, God or Satan?
The most important we must remember is that God is the One Who heals. We are to by faith obey Him living by His every word; pray His Word believing Him having the faith of Jesus—By Him, healing comes, and we can move mountains—we rejoice not in all of which He gives us power over and power to do in His name; but we do rejoice in the fact that our name remains written in Heaven.
“And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.”
John 17:3 KJV
DAILY WALK by God’s Health Principles in compliance with His Law—God’s Moral Law (Ten Commandments):
God’s Moral Law summed up is this:
“Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets.”
Matthew 22:37-40 KJV
God’s Health Principles by which His Health Laws are built:
Faith, and Trust in God: The just shall live by faith. It is wise to believe His Word—believe that He is Who He says He is and that He will do what He says He will do. We believe what we put in practice in our daily living, our life choices. Have confidence that All He has spoken will come to pass. Apply His Word daily to one’s everyday life circumstances and situations. Surrender self to God: By faith, die to self daily (giving up one’s will to God) giving Him full reign, full control. By faith, choose daily to obey God’s Word. Examine self by God’s Word. Study His Word daily; Have morning and evening devotions in which we meditate upon God’s Word at least an hour, and reflecting upon the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, especially the closing scenes of His life. Faith produces the fruit of obedience, obedience is love.
HalleluYah!!!
Clear conscience: To truly achieve a clear conscience one must receive Elohim’s love, be conformed to His character—We get to know Him and we by Jesus Christ faith obey God (Love Him). Having this clear conscience, the soul confesses all sin to God. The soul recognizes the forgiveness received of God and His cleansing from all unrighteousness.
Repentance: We seek God for His repentance—receiving His repentance we turn away from sin, we depart from evil. This is the love of Elohim He put in us. This is His true perfect hatred for sin, His love. Then comes reconciliation which requires change spiritually and physically. The character is changed by the working of the Holy Spirit God puts in us when we ask Him. We are daily restored unto the image, the character of God. Our lifestyle, daily life choices are in harmony with the Word of God.
Fresh Air: It is wise to get fresh air daily! Get outside and make sure to deep breathe as much as possible throughout the day. This is our most important nutrient God made available for us. There His healing in fresh air.
Sunlight: It is wise to get plenty of sunlight—as much as possible, and appropriately exposing as much of the body in a private safe area. If we have a private secured place like a secluded backyard, we can sunbathe. When we are not where we can sunbathe, we make sure we wear light, and light colored clothing, plant fabric like linen and or cotton. In the winter, we still get outdoors as much as possible in the sunlight (daylight).
Pure clean good water: It is wise we drink room-temperature pure, clean water. It is wise we drink half the body weight in ounces of water. (Ex: If I weigh 140 pounds, I drink my water systematically throughout the day equaling a total of 70 ounces of pure water every—drinking systematically: 4 ounces every 30 minutes. What kind of water you ask? According to my research, distilled. Do your own research and choose what’s best for you and the best you can get.
It is wise to bathe—We bathe daily in clean water free of chemicals, bacteria, etcetera.
Food—Nutrition—Herbs: Medicine: It is wise to live a whole food plant based lifestyle—assimilating a variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, legumes. It is wise and best for us to assimilate organic non-gmo live food, especially: leafy greens, fruit—variety of fruits and veggies, seeds, nuts. But, know your body and it’s systems. Assimilate the many colors of the rainbow of foods. We are mindful to put our food in our mouth a little at a time that we chew it thoroughly, when it is somewhat liquified, we swallow it—digestion begins in the mouth. We are also mindful to learn proper food combining which is crucial for absorption of nutrients from our food, and crucial for proper digestion.
The Creator our Redeemer has provided the best lifestyle and diet to maintain health. His will, His Word has provided the instructions for our best. He withholds no good thing from us.
“And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.”
Genesis 1:29-31 KJV
Exercise: It is wise to Walk outdoors daily moving our arms back and forth with resistance. Jogging and running especially is hard on the body. Do your own research. If we can’t get outside for whatever reason, we have a personal mini sized rebounder or trampoline. I have found one with bungees to be best. We bounce on it—not flat on the soles of the feet, but the toes.
Rest and Sleep: It is wise to be early to bed, early to rise, sleeping a minimum of 8 hours each night in a dark room. We choose to avoid stimulating the mind/brain before bed (the cell phone, television or computer or any technology, LED lights, bright lights). Do your own research.
Temperance, Abstemiousness: It is wise to live by God’s principles in His Word, purpose to live temperately in ALL THINGS, IN ALL WAYS at all times, in all daily living. And moderate in that which is good for our minds and bodies; And abstain, totally avoid like the plague that which is harmful in any way, shape or form.
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
3 John 1:2 KJV
“Be not wise in thine own eyes: Fear the LORD, and depart from evil. It shall be health to thy navel, And marrow to thy bones.”
Proverbs 3:7-8 KJV “Afterward Jesus findeth him in the temple, and said unto him, Behold, thou art made whole: sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee.”
John 5:14 KJV
“And by the river upon the bank thereof, on this side and on that side, shall grow all trees for meat, whose leaf shall not fade, neither shall the fruit thereof be consumed: it shall bring forth new fruit according to his months, because their waters they issued out of the sanctuary: and the fruit thereof shall be for meat, and the leaf thereof for medicine.”
Ezekiel 47:12 KJV
God’s health laws are based upon His principles in maintaining and healing the human body that is to be His temple to dwell in—He created it to heal itself. We are to glorify God in, with our bodies in our lives He gives us.
“Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God.”
1 Corinthians 10:31 KJV
God is the Healer, period. God puts the healing in what He has created in nature best for our consumption. And by faith, we put our feet and hands to do; and God imparts His Power (Spirit) and blesses us with healing. But first, God requires us to exercise the faith He has given. Faith produces the fruit of obedience. Period. The heart (mind) needs to be surrendered to God daily (moment by moment). Stand still and see the salvation of the LORD.
