This is just the surface. I have not even dived deep yet.
Marriage: God and His Church are represented in the marriage of man and woman. Adultery against God in both the spiritual and physical begins in the mind with the thoughts, from what is seen with the eyes, and heard with the ears.
What one does/says against his/her spouse, they first did against God. Man and woman are to cleave unto God, so to one another. Both are detrimental to one’s salvation. Violation in the least is sin against God. The same God says if ye love me keep my commandments. He speaks, husbands love your wives as Christ loves His Church—He lay His life down for her. Anything less, is hating God, one’s spouse, and one’s-self let alone others.
The vows made between husband and wife are first made by each one to God in the presence of the three persons: God the Father, God the Son, and The Holy Spirit: the Godhead. The vows made unto God surrendering one’s-self is the commitment made both to God and one another.
If one says they love their husband or wife, yet they consistently choose to disobey God in the least such as, not limited to: one who speaks falsely against their spouse to others and let others also; to curse, and yell in anger, to speak hate; to gossip; to not have a consistent prayer abundantly devotion Al life with God, having morning and evening worship privately and with they in the household (The husband leads out if there is a husband). These prove they do not love God; they do not love spouse, nor love themselves, nor love others.
James 2:10-12 KJV
[10] For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all. [11] For he that said, Do not commit adultery, said also, Do not kill. Now if thou commit no adultery, yet if thou kill, thou art become a transgressor of the law. [12] So speak ye, and so do, as they that shall be judged by the law of liberty. …
But if any provide not for his own, and specially for those of his own house, he hath denied the faith, and is worse than an infidel.
2 Corinthians 6:14-18 KJV
[14] Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness? [15] And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel? [16] And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them ; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. [17] Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing ; and I will receive you, [18] And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
Genesis 2:21-25 KJV
[21] And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof; [22] And the rib, which the Lord God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man. [23] And Adam said, This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man. [24] Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh. [25] And they were both naked.

Deuteronomy 11:22-23 KJV
[22] For if ye shall diligently keep all these commandments which I command you, to do them, to love the Lord your God, to walk in all his ways, and to cleave unto him; [23] Then will the LORD drive out all these nations from before you, and ye shall possess greater nations and mightier than yourselves.

[19] I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing: therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live: [20] That thou mayest love the LORD thy God, and that thou mayest obey his voice, and that thou mayest cleave unto him: for he is thy life, and the length of thy days: that thou mayest dwell in the land which the LORD sware unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
Romans 12:9 KJV Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good.
Exodus 34:14-16 KJV
[14] For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God: [15] Lest thou make a covenant with the inhabitants of the land, and they go a whoring after their gods, and do sacrifice unto their gods, and one call thee, and thou eat of his sacrifice; [16] And thou take of their daughters unto thy sons, and their daughters go a whoring after their gods, and make thy sons go a whoring after their gods. …
John 14:15-21 KJV
[15] If ye love me, keep my commandments. [16] And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; [17] Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you. [18] I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you. [19] Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also. [20] At that day ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you. [21] He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.
John 14:23-24 KJV
[23] Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. [24] He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: h and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.
Matthew 19:4-6 KJV
[4] And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, [5] And said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh? Exodus 20:5-6 KJV
[5] Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the Lord thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; [6] And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.
2 Corinthians 11:2 For I am jealous over you with godly jealousy: for I have espoused you to one husband, that I may present you as a chaste virgin to Christ.
“Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the church: and he is the saviour of the body. Therefore as the church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing. Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; that he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, that he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish. So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself. For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as the Lord the church: for we are members of his body, of his flesh, and of his bones. For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and the church. Nevertheless, let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.”
Ephesians 5:22-33 KJV
Our choices reflect if we are first married to God; and our marriage to God reflects in the life and home of husband (male) and wife (female). Who we worship is revealed by how we live behind closed doors when no other human-being is around; when we think no one is looking or no one can hear.
Even if the soul is not married; they are in marriage to the Godhead.
Go and seek God for the Spirit of Truth, study out and show thyself approved of God, rightly dividing the word of truth.
This is only a tip of the iceberg. Lord will, more to come on Marriage:100 in the weeks, months ahead.
