The Sad Truth Is…

The sad truth is that not every soul is the one lost sheep out of the 99 that the Shepard goes out to find.

The sad truth is that not every soul that calls on the name of the Lord belongs to the Lord—they have chosen to love death and hate life.

Let us call on the Lord for His Spirit to do in each of us what need be done. Give God consent to intervene, He will. By our faith choice, after sitting down counting the cost first: Let us each acknowledge our sins, specifically confess them each to God, repent forsaking all sin: that we be converted of God. Let us choose daily to die, take up our cross and follow Jesus.

God will put His Spirit in us and cause us to be hearers and doers of His word. God’s Spirit will cause us to walk in His statues, to keep His commandments, and they will not be grievous to us: God’s Spirit will cause is to love Him, fear Him. To fear the Lord is to hate evil.

We can choose by faith to partner with God and receive His power that we walk after the Spirit and not after the flesh. And as God is perfecting us, restoring us to His image; we can choose to help find those lost sheep that need to know that the Shepard is looking for them. They need to know we love them, God loves them more than any and every one. And although He God hates their sin; with their consent, He will deliver them from sin and give them victory over sin, over Satan.

Will you choose to love God and hate evil today? Answer to God,

Maranatha
