How? By Faith. Obey the Word. The faith of Christ, obeys—Faith obeys the Word:
“Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath: for the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: for he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.
But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain.
Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world.”

Don’t forget to by faith be obedient in glorifying Elohim in your body. In all we eat drink and do, do all to the glory of Elohim (God). He gave us our food in the very beginning—what would bring us health, maintain health. The spiritual affects the physical and the physical affects the spiritual.
If the soul is given over to their appetite, this is an open door to devils, to Satan wreaking disease sickness illness—death physically and spiritually.
It matters to Elohim what we eat and drink; what we wear, what we put in and on these bodies including on your heads, in our hair, on our skin. It matters to God what we do with our bodies, what we put our hand to; where our feet go.
The brain houses the mind. Both are in the head of the body. The battle of good and evil is over our mind. All our choices in our daily living affects us spiritually and physically—There are only two voices from two spirits: Elohim’s voice, Elohim’spirit. Or, Satan’s voice through his devils, his spirit.
“And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
