A house divided will fall and not stand. Know that eternal life is knowing God and Jesus Christ who God sent.
The house divided only takes one going outside of God’s will—the devils enter and seek to take over the house. They were invited in.
By faith, choose God, surrender self one hundred percent to God holding on to nothing contrary to His Word, His character. How do we know His Word, His will, His character? As we die daily, (give-up, surrender all of self to God’s will—His Word) seek God daily for the indwelling of the Holy Spirit—behold God in His Word daily. By beholding, we become changed.
Be a house united, of one accord, abiding in God, His Word abiding in us. We bring forth much fruit for without Him we can do nothing.
Be not a house divided because we will not stand but will fall, be lost if there is no godly sorrow for our own ways, and no departure from sin which separates from God.
“And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand: and if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand? And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges. But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you. Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.
He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.”
