The end result of true fellowship with God
“For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?”
1 John 5:4-5 KJV
We who believe that Jesus is the Son of God are hearers and doers of His word by faith. If we believe, we by faith do what He says do. When we disobey God’s word; when we do not do what He says—we prove that we are unbelievers, that we do not love God, that we have no faith, and that the love of God, and His Spirit is not in us. One will not do, or will not consistently do what they do not believe. Period.
If God’s Spirit be in us, we sin not; if His seed remains in us, we cannot sin. If we are abiding in Christ, He dwells or abides in us through the Holy Spirit.
We shall overcome as Christ overcame. How shall we know this? We know because we who abide in Him take Yah at His word. We simply choose by faith to believe.
