The soul who is not converted cannot give what they do not have.
The unconverted cannot give the true gospel. They will pervert the gospel. They do not have true repentance. They have not given up self to fully be governed by God. Self is not dead. Self is kicking and screaming, fighting against the Holy Spirit. The unconverted do not wait on the Lord. They plan then ask God to bless their plan. They do not seek God’s plan.
We are to teach, preach the gospel—the power of God unto salvation.
The soul that is not dead, not having repented, is unconverted. They give place to sin in their lives. Therefore, they still are sleeping with the enemy of souls. They belong to Satan, yet they profess they are married to Christ.
Therefore, they cannot live light. They are not filled with the Holy Spirit to consistently live the fruit of the Spirit; nor can they overcome as Christ overcame. They cannot teach others to overcome.
The soul cannot give light being full of darkness. They can fool some for a time because of being deceived themselves. But eventually, the truth of who they belong to will be revealed.
Be not deceived.
