Part 1
We are to be prepared, ready for spiritual war. Put on and do not take off the whole armor of God.
We must know, discern spiritual things. If God is our choice every-day and throughout the day; if we are choosing enmity to sin; If our will is one-hundred percent surrendered up to God daily; we ask Him to take full possession of our hearts (mind) daily—He will. God will fight for us and we shall hold our peace, go forward being His witness that He is God.
Spiritual things are spiritually discerned. If we do not know our choices, if we have not the Spirit of God, then how will we by faith know by His Spirit the right choice, whether we are faced with an unclean spirit or not? The soul will begin to listen to their own voice through the deceptions of Satan, and think all is well, they are ok.
What we allow in our homes, before our eyes to look at, to read; what we allow our ears to hear, the conversations we join in, and actions we allow in our presence or that which we do ourselves—either give the Spirit of God consent in our minds, body, and life; or Satan and his demons take over by the choice to do that which tells them the soul belongs to Satan.
“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
Ephesians 6:12 KJV
Pray to God for His Holy Spirit. Have your Bible in hand. Let the Holy Spirit lead as you learn about what the enemy does not want you to know about, because then you will know the Power of God that you have access to—if you truly want to be delivered from sin, from the power of sin.
