Beware, be aware of your surroundings, of what you allow in your presence, your eyes to look upon, your ears to hear, what you allow in your mind. Satan seeks to enter into the subconscious and plant his temptations. Satan knows he has little time left, he is using all he has to deceive us. We will not be able to discern what is what, or who is who without Christ discernment, without His Spirit in us, without the love of God in us.
Something seemingly innocent can be Satan’s bait. Beware, be aware, and don’t turn back.
When God has convicted us to turn away from something, and gave us victory over it; then we turn back to it—this is turning back to vomit, to sin, entering into temptation, giving Satan entrance, and power over us. The more the soul yields to, gives into Satan; the more control the soul gives to Satan over them.
We do not sin from being tempted. It is entering into, yielding to, giving into temptation—this is sin against God.
By beholding, we become changed. But many do not see the compromise coming. Many do not see the subtleties of Satan. They just think in their minds their own thoughts, and hear their own voice. Satan knows what he tempted us with before, what he had us hooked on, addicted to before, and by our choice yielded to him the mind, the body, the life that belongs only to God. Satan is going to disguise it, make it look like it is God, that it is ok, go ahead, “thou shalt not surely die”.
Satan knows where he left his stuff; he only knows his hold on us, how to tempt us by our words, countenance, actions. He knows when his thought is planted and taken riot by how we live, how we take—he will know the soul is contemplating on what he is tempted.
Beware, be aware, do not turn back. Be not deceived.
God is doing all without force to save us, that we be not destroyed. But, He will not override our will, our choices. If the love of God is not in us, if there be no faith exercised in the will to do His will; He will not force His love, faith upon us.
Many turn back, as Lot’s wife did, longing for what or for who God delivered them from. Many, as she did, witnessed God’s called and chosen hesitate, and compromise. Some now even witnessing many of the righteous turning back to their unrighteousness to live their own will; therefore, they do the same and are lost.
We become changed by beholding. Beware, be aware, do not turn back.
We are not to measure the word of God by our feelings, nor by our emotions, nor by others, etcetera. We are to measure our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and every–thing by the word of God.
Our feelings and emotions change. But the word of God is sure, God does not change. His word comes to pass. His word does what He spoke it to do.
Let us not be deceived. God seeks to teach us our own heart (mind) so that we know what is in us that we may surrender it all, give it all up to Him. God will separate it far from us.
Sometimes that which is coming to us is God testing us. He knows what our choice will be. He is bringing to our forefront that we may see, and know the disobedience, the self-pleasing nature is down deep and rooted in us; and we must take the ax to it, hate it, and not want it; but, give it up to Him once and for all.
And now also the axe is laid unto the root of the trees: every tree therefore which bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.
There is a time coming that is worse than it has ever been in the history of this earth. As in the days of Noah and Sodom and Gomorrah, so it is now and getting worse and worse. The heart (mind) of mankind is hard, and cold. There is less and less compassion and empathy. There is more evil, and wickedness and it is out in the open, and not hid anymore.
We are to be watching and praying. Beware, the enemy is using every trick he has to try to deceive us. Measure every thing by the word. Just because something is labeled to be of God, or sounds like it is of God, or you may think it is ok with God: This is not God’s approval— it does not mean that God approves. It is simply you doing you, you putting God in something, giving Him credit for something He has no part in, or of. God allowing your choice, your God given right—freedom of choice.
We are no match for Satan without the mind of Christ in us. We must be emptied of self, emptied of all that keeps us holding on to, longing for, desiring that which God convicted us to leave alone. We must be emptied of all that keeps us satisfied in God’s permissive will being not wholly filled up in His perfect will.
Our minds must be wholly filled with the Holy Ghost, with the mind of God wholly surrendered to Him, walking with Him being in His perfect will.
If you had not been doing it, eating it, drinking it, looking at it, wearing it, moving to it, putting it on, listening to it, singing it, watching it, partaking of it, laying down with, etcetera—Why turn back? Measure every–thing by the word of God. If that thing is rooted in error, but has some truth: It is still a whole lie.
We must yield only to the Holy Ghost Who will put the word of God in our mouth, and give us utterance to speak, and the power, and the strength to do all things to the glory of God.
Will Christ find us faithful? The answer is now shown in our choice to surrender self wholly to God daily, holding on to nothing of this world, nothing in or of our past that does not stand with “Thus saith the Lord”, “It is written”.
Just as those who speak in tongues, unknown languages to they that are hearing it, does not edify, and is not prophesying unto edification and exhortation; so it is when we use that which really has no edification now. We must ask God, is it the present truth needed now, in these times; or, is it a well disguised distraction from Satan.
If it truly is a tool or vehicle of God to use in the saving of souls, to use to be a blessing from Him to you that He be glorified; He would not have convicted you to leave it alone in the first place—no matter what or who it is.
God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. God is holy. He makes us holy. We must be as our Heavenly Father.
Be not deceived. Be on the wall. Be on watch. Watch and pray. Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak. We must be totally surrendered to God living in the Spirit, not after the flesh.
Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.
Repent and be converted.
