Some raw, some sprouted, some cooked: Balance

“And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them in their hands.”
‭‭Luke‬ ‭6‬:‭1‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“For as the earth bringeth forth her bud, and as the garden causeth the things that are sown in it to spring forth; so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭61‬:‭11‬ ‭KJV‬‬

“And he said unto them, This is that which the LORD hath said, To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto the LORD: bake that which ye will bake to day, and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept until the morning.”
‭‭Exodus‬ ‭16‬:‭23‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Not everything that springs forth needs to be cooked. Not all seeds have to be sown in the garden, but can be sprouted indoors, and have more nutrients than if grown into a mature plant.

The key is to be balanced in assimilating what God has created for us to be our food, provided for our health, healing, and life. Be temperate in all things, at all times.
