This is so profound, but yet so simple—we make it hard.
God says without faith it is impossible to please Him. Here is the patients of the saints: Here are they who keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
The state, the condition of our mind is where the faith is. God created every human being with a measure of faith. Our hearing the word of God first has to do with this faith because it is here the choice is made. Faith brings us to receiving the power of God which is also includes His grace. It is by God’s grace that the faith choice is put into action. God requires us to be hearers and doers of His word.
Obedience unto God is His love He puts in us. This Love cost the soul everything! For God the Father gave His only begotten son. Christ laid down His life and took it back again!!! Come on now! This Love is only that which comes from God by our faith choice daily. The just shall live by faith. This living is the evidence of the soul’s faith—what and in Whom they believe, serve, worship. The soul is daily, even moment by moment in a self-sacrificing state of mind receiving the gift of repentance, forsaking all sin. God therefore sends the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit does the conversion work.
God’s redeemed are saved by grace through faith. Without faith, it is impossible to please God. The just shall live by faith.
Receive understanding from God in Jesus name, read and know this:
Ephesians 2:8-10 KJV
[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast. [10] For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Ephesians 2:11-22 KJV
[11] Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; [12] That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: [13] But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ. [14] For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us ; [15] Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; [16] And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: [17] And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. [18] For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father. [19] Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God; [20] And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone ; [21] In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: [22] In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
Powerful! Profound! Simple! HalleluYah.
If we be saved, we have God’s Spirit in us. We have His Love for the truth. His ways are our new way of living being made of Him into “new creatures”. This is our new lifestyle. This is the proof in the pudding so to speak; this is the money in the bank, hello! We live (walking in the Spirit, walking after the Spirit) in the Spirit of God having the faith of Jesus. We have Christ mind in us through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit.
