The world is given an invitation

Christ invites the world, He declares an invitation to they who have ears but do not hear; and to they who have eyes but do not see; and they who are backslidden, they who do not know their need; He invites they who do not know Him.

Christ invitation He declares:

To everyone that thirst, come to the waters. You that have no money; come, buy and eat; come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.

He ask, Why do you spend money for that which is not bread? Why do you labor for that which won’t satisfy?

Hearken diligently unto God, and eat that which is good, let your soul delight itself in fatness.

Incline your ear, come unto Christ and hear, and your soul shall live, He will make an everlasting covenant with you, as the confirmed mercies of David.

Christ the Messiah says : Seek the LORD while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near. Let the wicked forsake his way; and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD; and He will have mercy upon him; and turn to our God and He will fully pardon.

This, Christ says to the unruly, to the ungodly, to the sinner, to the wicked, to the heathen, to the backslidden:

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭8‬-‭9‬ ‭KJV‬‬

To all, Christ gives the invitation, no matter what filth you are in; no matter the wickedness you have said and done; no matter the murder, the killings; no matter the adultery you’ve committed; no matter the sexual perverseness, sexual wickedness you’ve done; no matter the lies you have told; no matter the gossip you have uttered; no matter the mess you have started; no matter they you have oppressed and afflicted; no matter that which you have stollen; no matter the mess you’ve wallowed in, no matter the unclean mess you’ve eaten and drunken; no matter where you are now; no matter who you have been—Christ invites you to come, He says these words and He will do them:

“For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. For ye shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace: the mountains and the hills shall break forth before you into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands. Instead of the thorn shall come up the fir tree, and instead of the brier shall come up the myrtle tree: and it shall be to the LORD for a name, for an everlasting sign that shall not be cut off.”
‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭55‬:‭10‬-‭13‬ ‭KJV‬‬

Take God up on His invitation. Read, study, pray through Isaiah 55, and study through His word line upon line, line upon line; precept upon precept, precept upon precept; here a little, and there a little: Count the cost and know God, know what you are committing to in accepting Christ invitation.

By faith, hear Him, see Him, and submit unto Him. Surrender your all—give up your total existence to Him; give up your will to His will, not just once, no! But give up, surrender yourself, and all you are, and all you have to Him each and every day: even moment by moment as the enemy will tempt you—cry out to God, submit yourself unto God, and you will resist the devil and he will flee from you.

Remember, by faith, die daily, take up your cross, and follow Christ. Remember, by faith, choose life and not death; choose blessings and not cursings.

Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord.

Maranatha
