Final Call: The door is closing!

Do not let death find you unready. Stop playing around. And stop playing on Satan’s ground, thinking he cannot overpower you. Without God, we are no match for Satan and his angels.

Look into the mirror of God—His Ten Commandments—and examine yourself. Study them. Know that they are deep and broad. In fact, they touch every aspect of our daily lives.

Some say we don’t need to focus on keeping the Commandments. We only need to focus on loving one another with the love of Jesus. To that I say, ”You cannot give what you don’t have.” Neither can you do anything without something. If we don’t keep the Commandments of God, it is because we do not have the love of Christ within. Jesus Himself says, ”If you love me, keep my commandments” (John 14:15). The Apostle John stated that keeping the Commandments is the test of true love for others and for God. (Read 1 John 5:2.)

You see, God is love. And the fruit of His Holy Spirit is not only love but joy, peace, long-suffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, and temperance, which is self-control. Christ cannot and will never dwell in a person who desires to be a vessel of darkness and who wants to remain in darkness.

When we exercise our freedom of choice and by faith say No to those things, places, people, food, drinks, and drugs that Satan uses to keep us bound, God will deliver us and heal us of all our backslidings. Beyond that, He will heal us of all our diseases.

It is not enough to say, “I believe on Jesus.” We say so. But what are we willing to give up for Christ? God requires our complete and total surrender of self (our very existence and all we have) to Him. We must surrender our will to His will. There is no partial giving—no I’ll give Him some and keep some. That is being lukewarm. Being lukewarm creates nausea. He will spew us—vomit us up—out of His mouth. The choice is ours. Everyone is given up to their choice. Period.

There is not much time left for us to let selfishness go. Let go of things and people that distract you from doing God’s will. Be determined to refrain from doing your own thing, rather than God’s. Remember that just because a path seems logical and right does not make it so. In fact, it can lead to death. (Read Proverbs 14:12 and 16:25.)

God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. Follow Christ. If you are a follower of Christ, you will be as sheep to a shepherd. Among all the shepherd calls, they hear the voice of their own shepherd and follow him.

Today, if you hear God’s voice, harden not your heart.

Recognize and admit your wrongdoing. Confess your sins to God alone. Repent. Be converted. Be determined to change your ways. Forsake all sin. Forsake all for Christ. Embrace God’s will for your life.

Don’t be deceived. Christ is coming soon. The kingdom of heaven is at hand. The coming of Christ is even at the door. He is making last, final calls. Please answer Him today. Tell Him you want to be His chosen. Please. Answer before it is too late and He hear you no more.
