If one is spiritually dead, the soul’s physical health will be/will soon/eventually reveal their decaying mind and body.
Thou shalt not surely die is the first lie told by Satan to the woman. In these days, this lie is repeated daily by those living his ways being deceived, or knowingly, or by pure ignorance. Nevertheless, whether Satan in disguise or by devils has gained control over the mind via what one eats, what one drinks, watches, listens to, by their perceptions, by their choices in living period: The result is death, eternal death—a spiritual and physical death. This death is not always immediate.
If we give up self-will to the will of God; God’s word will come to pass in us, in our lives:
“Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.”
3 John 1:2 KJV
Our lifestyle of living has everthing to do with our salvation (God’s gift of delivering us from sin). God does not deliver us from sin if we are choosing to hold on to sin.
Our bodies are to be the Temple of God. The very best materials went to the building of God’s Temple. We are the living sanctuary, God’s temple that He wants to dwell in, that we dwell together for eternity.
Let us seek the multitude of counselors: God’s Word, and know what God’s will is; and what He created best for us that we have life and have it more abundantly.
