Dry Eyes?

First—think water, not a pill!

You must stay hydrated. Every bodily process depends on water to some degree, including a normal blood pressure and tears. Your body from the neck down is 75 percent water; from the neck up, it is 85 percent. (Watch the “Importance of Water and Salt” here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IPeE3tZ_9RU)

Drink at least half your body weight in ounces per day. For example: If you weigh 100 pounds, you should drink a minimum of 50 ounces of water daily. Drink more if your lifestyle demands it and perspiration is increased. Drink more if elimination is a strain or irregular.

The best time to get your water in every day is to drink about 16 ounces of warmed water upon rising in the morning. Get the rest about one hour apart from and between meals. In the morning, add fresh squeezed lemon juice to your water; it helps trigger blood circulation.

The best way to assure that your cells are receiving the water that you are drinking is to put a crystal of Celtic salt on the tongue first. Then drink a glass of water. Celtic salt contains 85 minerals, including sodium in its natural and balanced form, which is safe—even for those on a sodium-free diet. The magnesium in the Celtic salt will pull water into the cell. It is the quickest way to hydrate someone who is dehydrated.

If you are thirsty and feel you must drink during meals, know that you are dehydrated. But until you can make the transition, sip no more than a mouthful of liquids during any meal. Eating a plant-based diet also helps lessen the feeling of thirst during meals. Fruits and vegetables each have a high content of water and are best when not eaten in the same meal. Eaten together, they produce intestinal gas.

One more thing for now: Drink pure soft water. Distilled is best. The body takes the pure soft water and alkalinizes the blood. Soft drinks and caffeinated beverages do not count toward your water intake. Instead, each cup would actually require an additional eight ounces of pure soft water to meet you body’s water needs.

Water or pill? It’s your choice. I would say, ”Be wise. Choose your health, not their wealth.”
